Reminders that leave your inbox alone

Clients forget appointments and invoices. Attach reminders to a service alongside its booking form and contract, and Dossierly sends them in the client’s language — no separate automation tool.

Before every appointment

Attach a reminder template to a service — the same place you attach a booking form and contract. Choose up to three offsets (for example 7, 3, and 1 days before), and each guest gets the email automatically.

Filled from the booking and form

Reminders use booking details and answers from the service’s booking form (name, date, time, meeting link, and the questions you collected) so you do not rewrite each message.

When a payment is late

Overdue invoices remind the client 3 days before the due date, on the day, then 7 and 30 days late, with a pay link in every message.

Written once per language

Compose each reminder in English, French, and Spanish. Insert variables for the client and the booking; pause a template without deleting it when you need to.

Common questions

Do reminders use custom form answers?

Yes. When a service has a booking form, reminder emails can include those answers along with the appointment details — the same automation path as contracts on that service.

Do I need Zapier or another automation tool?

No. Appointment and payment reminders are built into Dossierly, and they run from the forms and services you already set up.
