Features
Collect and review immigration documents
Replace email attachments and shared-drive links with one checklist per file. Clients upload, and you approve each document or send it back.
Start 30-day trialA checklist on every file
Every person on a file is asked for a passport and photo by default. Add other document requests when the file needs them.
Approve or send back
When a client uploads, approve or deny each document. A denial emails the client your comment and a link to upload again.
Protected and stored in Canada
Uploaded documents are encrypted with AES-256-GCM using your firm’s own key. Database, authentication, and file storage run on Supabase in Canada (AWS Canada Central).
Kept as long as you need
Closing a file starts its six-year retention period, matching the CICC minimum. After that, an admin can destroy a file, and the destruction is recorded in a register.
Yours to take with you
Download any file as a ZIP with its details, questionnaire answers, filled IRCC PDFs, and uploaded documents.
