Common questions
Where is client data stored?
Database, authentication, and file storage run on Supabase in Canada (AWS Canada Central). Our security page also lists what is not in Canada.
Can we export our data?
Yes. Admins can export a client’s data as JSON, and any file can be downloaded as a ZIP. Exports are recorded in the audit log.
